Dear Sirs,
Under the instructions and on the behalf of our Mr. Abhishek Kadyan s/o Sh. Naresh Kadyan, C-38, Rose Apartment, Prashant Vihar, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi, we hereby, serve upon you, the following Notice: -
- That the Addressee no 1 is the State Government of Punjab and having full control over the addressee no. 2 & 3.
- The addressee no 2 is the state police of Punjab and the addressee no 3 is the employee of the Addressee no. 2.
- That the Addressee no. 3 is the employee of the Punjab Police and absent from his duty since long time and is engaged in all types of work except his police duty and this is clear cut violation of section 48 of the Punjab Police Act 2007. The Section 48 says that :
No police officer shall engage in any other employment or office of
Profit whatsoever, other than his duties under this Act.
- That the Addressee no. 3 went to USA for hormonal imbalances treatment on the Medical Visa and participated in the WWE and won many awards in the game and earned a huge amount and had acted in a foreign films against payment & also acted in Indian films for his personal gain. Now the Addressee no. 3 is participating in a realty show Big Boss-4, which is telecasting by the Addressee No. 4, which is clear-cut violation of the Punjab Police Act 2007. The Addressee no. 3 has never taken the permission from the Police Department or the Addressee no. 1.
- That the Addressee no. 3 went to USA on medical visa and made a false representation in Visa Application and gain the huge amount in WWE.
- That the Addressee no. 3 is participating in WWE on his willingness and not represents the India or the Punjab Police in WWE.
- That the addressee no 3 is representing the WWE in Big Boss-4 not the Punjab Police and getting money from the Big Boss-4.
- That the Addressee No. 3 never participates in any games on behalf of our country or Punjab Police such like as Olympics, Common Wealth Games and Asian Games etc and he is participating in WWE only for personal gain.
- That the Addressee no. 3 is the burden on the Punjab Police and the Addressee no. 2 is providing the leave to the Addressee no. 3 without any valid reasons. The addressee no. 2 should remove the Addressee no. 3 from the Punjab Police and in the place of Addressee no. 2, the vacant post to be given to the players who play for India or won the Medals for India in Games not in WWE.
Hence, you are requested Addressee No. 1 & 2 to take the action against the Addressee no 3 and terminate him from the Punjab Police service and the Addressee no. 4, immediately eliminate from the Big Boss-4 and the Addressee no. 3 not to take part in any unauthorized game or event. If all above mentioned addressee failed to comply of this legal notice, which, our clients will be constrained to initiate legal action against all of you in appropriate forum at your risk and costs.
